Our Core Privacy Principle: We do not store your original PDF files. We extract text locally on your device and only process what is necessary to optimize your career path.

- Resume Data: We extract text content from the resumes you upload. This includes contact info, experience, and skills.
- Account Info: If you use Anonymous Auth, we store a unique device-specific ID. If you link an account, we store your email address.
- Purchase Data: Through RevenueCat, we track subscription status and transaction history (payment details are handled by Apple).
- Usage Data: Technical logs, device type, and crash reports via Firebase to improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your information for the following purposes:
- To provide AI-driven CV analysis and ATS scoring.
- To maintain your version history and improvement logs.
- To match your CV against provided job descriptions.
- To prevent fraudulent use of our AI credits and API services.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share necessary data fragments with the following trusted providers to ensure service functionality:
- Google Firebase: For authentication, database hosting (Firestore), and serverless functions.
- Google Gemini API: To perform natural language processing and CV optimization.
- RevenueCat: To manage premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.
4. Data Retention and Security
We store your parsed CV data and history in Firebase Firestore with industry-standard encryption. If you use an anonymous account, your data remains as long as the app is installed. Once you delete the app or clear data without a linked account, your data may become inaccessible.
